7-DAY HOLIDAY
A 7-day holiday came into effect on May Day last year, and it also went for National Day & Spring Festival, which seems to be good news to everyone.
However, this piece of good news also has a dark side. Owing to the large population, most people's travel experiences during the first 7-day holiday, though well planned in advance, turned sour; they couldn't book railway tickets; hotels were packed; tourist attractions were all full of people. As the saying goes, "All work and no play make Jack a dull boy." Longer holidays are certainly desirable, but the government should see that related facilities of holiday activities are promptly adapted to the need.
